In 2007 and 2006 we had two great training events. Anyone interested in having one this year also?

Previously manufacturers representatives have picked up the tab for the majority of costs. However, to be inclusive perhaps we can arrange our own this year so we can get all F18’s out but at a personal cost.

If anyone is interested I would be happy to take on the burden of trying to arrange. If someone is already on top of this - great!

Cheers,

Dave.

I know Hobie are thinking about running another training session for us Ti.er sailors, probably by one of the sponsored Nissan teams. Simon may also be up for doing a bit of training maybe a bit ad hoc when he has got some ti.e and finished his house to try and get the Kent F18s going, I’ll ask. Happy to take part in any other training as the stuff you can learn from justt being videoed is great. (Has anyone got one of those waterproof cameras we could get someone to follow in a rib with...Also maybe we can arrnage some boat on boat training, i.e dont just turn up for the races but when i.e is right do some practi.e.

Also dont forget to think about tactics, ti.es, weather, rules. Lots of experts at the club who maybe could be called on to gi.e the big cats some guidance maybe on a Saturday evening....

Just some ideas..
