Whitstable Week - Day 1

What a great first day for this year's Whitstable Week! We had 35 boats take part in the racing, and there was great competition across all classes. The windy conditions proved a challenge, but the race team did a great job with both races. We also had cadets out practising close to shore in the RS Fevas, and the smaller children had a fun time on the bouncy castle! Day 2 on Tuesday sees the bouncy castle back on shore, more cadet sailing along the beach, and races 3 and 4 for the competitors. In the evening, the club will be hosting a Wine Tasting with Durrants Fine Wines. On Wednesday, get into the Pirate state of mind, with plenty of family fun on and off the water during the day, and the regular club Wednesday Evening race in the evening.
