WYC SUCCESS AT B14 NATIONALS

Congratulations to WYC member, Tom Pygall, crewing for Dave Hayes, won the B14 Nationals at Beer in Devon over the weekend. With Mark Barnes finishing in 4th position. An excellent result - well done to both of them. Sailing Sec.

FANTASTIC WEATHER BRINGS OUT THE SAILORS

The wonderful weather over the weekend saw a record turnout of boats this weekend. On Sunday there were over 50 boats competing in the last race of the Spring Series. It was a fantastic turnout and a wonderful sight. Let's hope for more of the same! Sailing Sec.

WELL DONE TO WYC TOPPER SAILORS

WYC Cadets, Conor Lamb, Issie Bruton and Alex Harwood recently competed at the South East Topper Team Racing Event at Redoubt Yacht Club near Hythe. After 5 hours of intensive short sharp races they finished 6th out of 10. They were one of the youngest teams to enter and even managed to beat some of the zone squad teams! Well done to all three for representing Whitstable Yacht Club. Sailing Sec.
