I agree that: Sailing is by its nature an unpredictable sport and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. By taking part in the event, each person agrees and acknowledges that:
A) You are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and accept responsibility for the exposure of your child, to such inherent risk whilst taking part in the event.
B) Your child will comply at all times with the instructions of the instructors particularly with regards to safety. Any child not doing what they are told and making the session unsafe will be removed from the water. All participants & instructors must wear a buoyancy aid & suitable clothing especially footwear.
C) You accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to the extent caused by your own actions and negligence;
D) Safety is our number one priority, we will only send people out on the if we think its safe to do so. The provision of safety boat cover is to give assistance, if your boat needs assistance then either shout or wave to attract attention.
