Cruiser Class Laying Up Supper

To mark the end of the season, the Cruiser Class members are hosting a fundraising dinner for all members to both celebrate another successful season and also raise money towards a mooring buoy to be placed at Harty Ferry on the River Swale to allow our cruisers to be flexible around tidal restrictions. We hope this will help revitalise the Cruiser Class at the club.

Cruiser Class Captain Jeremy Scott will be manning the stoves and has come up with a mouth watering menu which will do just the trick as December begins:

Dill cured salmon with rye toast and lemon dressing

Beef (or Mushroom for veggies) and Kentish Ale Stew with Herb Dumplings, creamed mash potato and winter greens

Sherry Trifle

Optional port and local cheese supplement

The menu is just £20 for the main meal with a £5 supplement for cheese and port.
